Welcome to the LifeLock home page. This is where you’ll meet LifeLock members who’ll tell you why they chose LifeLock to help them protect themselves from identity theft. They’ve all been victims of identity theft in the past, even the former police chief.

On the left side of the home page, you’ll see links to some TV interviews with CEO Todd Davis, and with Zach, a LifeLock customer whose identity was stolen when he was only seven.

Be sure to check out the center panel that lets you know you’re dealing with a Better Business Bureau accredited business.

When you’re done with all the information on the home page, click the blue tab at the top of the page, “How LifeLock Works.” This is probably the most important page on the website. This is where you’ll learn more about LifeLock’s comprehensive services and their exclusive identity protection tools. If you need more information, there’s a long list of frequently asked questions on the left side of the page. Just click on any one of them for more info.

The next stop in your tour is the “$1 Million Service Guarantee” tab at the top of the page  (Restrictions apply. See lifelock.com for details.). LifeLock has every reason to be confident in their services — of their nearly 1.5 million members, only a little over 100 of them have ever had to use any portion of their recovery services.

When you’re done there, move on to the “About Us” tab for an opportunity to meet their Board of Directors. Even if you don’t recognize their names, you’re sure to recognize the companies they’ve worked for, among them are Google and Goldman Sachs. You can tell a lot about a company by the company it keeps! Check out the links on the left that will give you a chance to read more testimonials and endorsements. See some of the other organizations they’ve partnered with.

If you still have specific questions, click the “Contact Us” button at the top right hand side of the screen, or call them at 1-800-LifeLock. And, you should know their customer service representatives are going to be there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Finally, there’s the “Enroll Now” tab at the top of the page. You can enroll online, or do it by phone. Either way, be sure to use the LifeLock promotion code Defense for the lowest available price and 30 days trial of service.
